What counts as personal use?
Working with your own files for yourself: at home, for study, in personal matters. If tables are opened as part of work for an organization or a sole proprietorship — by job role, for reporting, for clients — that is use by an organization, and it needs a license.
Do I need a license for the web version?
Yes: the terms are the same for the web app and the Windows version. The license is issued to the organization and covers both.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Say so in your request and we will arrange a trial period on your real exports.
Are the organization's files sent anywhere?
No — neither in the free nor in the licensed version. Parsing happens on the employee's computer, and the Windows version also works in a closed network without internet.
What happens to the data from the request?
It is stored on the site's server and used only to reply to the request: it is not passed on and not used for mailings. To have it deleted, say so in reply to our email.
